MACWAX Release Agent

MACWAX spray mould release agent is a blend of waxes dispersed in rapid drying solvents and packed in aerosol form. This product does not contain CFCs, 111-trichloroethane or any other kind of halogenated solvent. MACWAX is suitable for use with many casting materials and a variety of mould types.

MACWAX is classed as a general purpose release agent, however it far surpasses most release systems on the market. Designed for use at moderate temperatures where a silicone release is not desired. It provides a matte finish when applied and can also be polished when applied to rigid surfaces. MACWAX is perfect to PU-PU moulding, but may also be used to release silicone and epoxy systems. Special properties include low mould build-up of residues, easy release and great coverage.
